Jackman is located off Maine State Route 201, just 72 miles North of Skowhegan.
Take I-95 (N or S) to the Fairfield exit #133 (or old #36), then follow route 201 North into Jackman.
In Jackman, after you cross over the railroad tracks, make your first left onto Spruce
Street - look for our sign on your left, then yield to the right onto Forest street,
following the signs to
COZY COVE CABINS
......we are at the Corner of Forest and Elm.

The town of Jackman and the roads leading to it are surrounded by the great north woods which are home to
many animals and wildlife. Please use caution when driving, especially at night.
Moose are abundant in this region and people do come from miles around to see one. They are truly magnificent
creatures but remember, they are much larger and taller and move slower than a deer. They are also very dark and difficult to see at dusk or at night, a time when you may be just going up Johnson Mountain on 201. THis is also the time of day when they tend to be out
roaming near the roads more. Please keep your eyes open!
