Additional Information:
- Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all reservations. Please see below for more information.
- Two night minimum: Rates listed apply to a 2 night minimum stay on all cabins. Holiday weekends may require a 3 night minimum stay
- Deer Season: (reservations for weekly rentals only from Sun-Sat)
- Children: Children under 12 are half price (see rates below)
- Single Rates: Single Rates are available for select cabins only (please inquire)
- Overnight: One Night stays are welcome for select cabins only for an additional housekeeping fee.
- Dogs are Welcome: $5.00/dog per stay (2 max/cabin) if not crated. Please review our pet policy.
- Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, (required for all reservations) and Debit cards are the only plastic we accept.
- Lodging Tax: : Rates listed do not include 7% Maine Lodging tax

| Couples Discount | If 2 guests request a larger 2 bedroom cabin and only use one bedroom, we will deduct 10/night off the cabin minimum. Available only during the week or off season. |
DISCOUNTS LISTED ARE VALID ONLY IF THE TOTAL DUE IS PAID IN FULL ON ARRIVAL WITH CASH, MONEY ORDER
OR DEBIT CARD. NO CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR DISCOUNTS.
RESERVATION POLICIES
Due to the remoteness of our location, a Visa or Master card deposit (50% of the reserved stay) is
required at the time of the booking for all reservations with the balance due on arrival.
Deposits
- A credit card hold is acceptable for deposit for advance reservations (over 30 days in advance)
pending receipt of the deposit. A CC hold is considered a deposit and is subject to the same policies
in the case of cancellations or a no show.
- Personal Checks are acceptable for deposit when received 30 days in advance or for payment or
for payment due with a credit card back up. There is a $10.00 fee for any check returned.
- For any reservation made within 30 days, a Visa or MasterCard is required and processed
for the deposit.
- We remind our guests when making reservations for multiple groups to collect deposits
from these groups in case they chose to cancel.
Cancellations
- A deposit is not fully refundable unless a cancellation is made 30 days prior to a reserved date.
- For reservations made within a 30 day period: Deposits are non-refundable should you need to cancel.
- A cancellation within 24 hours or a no show forfeits a 100% cabin charge for 1 night or the full
deposit, whichever is greater.
- Any cancellation made within 30 days of a reservation, may also be subject to a $10.00 processing fee.
- A Rebook Option may be available in certain situations should you need to cancel within 30 days of your reservation. You can transfer a reservation to a later date (within 30 days) as long as 14 days notice is given, and the new booking is made at that time. Your deposit will be applied to that reservation. This option is available once and the rebook must be for the same amount of days and guests.
SORRY- NO REFUND FOR NO SHOW, LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE

Boat Rentals
We have motor boats, PWC, canoes, kayaks and paddle boats available to rent. Our price list for boat rentals is listed below and may vary depending on the "price of gas". The rates for the water crafts that are powered by you, our registered guests, will also vary depending on demand. An accountability form must be completed before any rental. For more details on rentals, inquire when you arrive.
If you want to secure a water craft to use during your stay with us, you can reserve one at
the time of your reservation.
Our boats are also available to visitors to Jackman not staying with us (the rates will vary)
but our guests will always get first priority for any boat rentals.

All of our boats are for use from our dock/beach only. From here, you can go to Attean Pond or down Moose River, plus all over Big Wood Lake.
Note: If you want to take a ride down Moose River to Long Pond or if you bring your own boat and want to canoe from Holeb back to us, or we can provide shuttle to Holeb Pond or from Long Pond for a fee of $25 or $65, respectively.
Paddles, life jackets, instructions and 1 tank of gas are included in above rates.
