Jackman Maine ATV Riding

The best ATV'ing in the NorthEast

For the sportsman, ATV riding is almost a necessity ….well almost! Many Maine destinations offer ATV trails but none can compare with the the Jackman Moose River Region. With the Great North Woods at our back door, your outdoor ATV adventures are endless in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. The ATV trails in the Jackman Region open Memorial Day Weekend (varies with the snow melt) and they stay open through November offering remote fishing opportunities, mid summer fun and fall hunting to areas that a car can not go.

At camp, ATV trail access is only 300 yards from your cabin door. After a hard day of play, come home to Cozy Cove Cabins and enjoy a barbecue or an evening campfire with your friends and relax.

We have maps available or you can see it on line at the Border Rider's Club The Border Riders also sponsor events at the clubhouse so visit their site for details.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

ATV Registration: Need to re-register? You can do this online at Maine.gov or in town at Bishops Store when you arrive.

Maine has very little state owned land so without the permission of private landowners, the excellent ATV riding we have may be lost. PLEASE stay on the trails, use the bridges, don't make bootleg trails and please respect “NO ATV” signs.

The ability to ride US Route 201 is also a privilege so obey the rules: ride the speed limit, use hand signals to make turns, and respect other vehicles and people. We do not want to loose this convenience.

Save on Gas: If you book 2 or more reservations at Cozy Cove Cabins within a 45 day period, you can store your ATV and trailer here. Hurry! Space is limited.

If you do not own and ATV and want to explore the region, you can rent ATVs in town. Ask us about them when you make your reservation with us.
