- Two night minimum: Two night minimum: Rates listed apply to a 2 night minimum stay or 3 night minimum stay for holiday weekends on all cabins.
- Deer Season: Weekly rentals (Sunday arrival) are preferred during the month of November so we do offer a special weekly rate.
- Single Rates: Single Rates are available for select cabins. (please inquire)
- Overnight: One Night stays are welcome for select cabins with an additional housekeeping fee.
- Credit Cards: Visa and Master Cards are the only plastic we accept.
- Pets: Well behaved dogs are Welcome: $5.00/dog per stay (2 max/cabin). Please review our pet policy.
- Lodging Tax: Rates listed do not include 7% Maine Lodging tax

Our cabin rates are based on $35 per person per night, with each
cabin having a minimum nightly rate. Children under 12 are $17
per night after the cabin minimum is met. At times throughout the
year, we may offer specials on our bloggie, facebook or our
homepage so keep in touch!

Cabin 5 Rates
Cancellations:
Should you choose to cancel a reservation, your
Credit card may be charged 50% of the reserved stay.
- A deposit is not fully refundable unless a cancellation is made 30 days prior to a reserved date.
- A cancellation within 24 hours or a no show forfeits a 100% cabin charge for 1 night or the full deposit, whichever is greater.
- Rebook Option: We understand that sometimes things happen so if a cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance, a new reservation is made at that same time for within the next 30 days, we will credit your deposit to the rebook. This option is available once and the rebook must be for the same amount of days and guests.
Deposits:
A Visa or Master card is required as a deposit
(50% of the reserved stay) at the time of the booking for
all reservations with the balance due on arrival.
Note: When making reservation for large groups, we recommend
that you collect deposits from others in the group in case
they choose to cancel.
- A credit card hold is acceptable for deposit for
advance reservations (over 30 days in advance). A Credit Card hold
is considered a deposit and is subject to the same policies
in the case of cancellations or a no show. We cannot accept
a Debit or Check card as a deposit.
- Personal Checks are acceptable for deposit when received
30 days in advance or for payment due if we have a credit
card on file. There is a $10.00 fee for any check returned.
- For any reservation made within 30 days, a Visa or
MasterCard is required and processed for the deposit.
SORRY- NO REFUND FOR NO SHOW, LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE
"Weather conditions" are not a sufficient reason for LATE cancellations or early departures…any time of the year.
Boat Rentals
We have motor boats, a row boat, canoes, kayaks and
paddle boats available for our guests. to rent. Our basic
rates for our guests are listed below. For more details on
boat rentals, inquire when you arrive.
Our boats are also available to visitors to Jackman not
staying with us (the rates will vary) but our guests will
always get first priority for any boat rentals.

No refunds for early return
All of our boats are for use from our dock/beach only. From here, you can go to Attean Pond or down Moose River, plus all over Big Wood Lake.
Note: If you bring your own boat, a public boat launch is just down the road and you can tie it up to our dock.
We reserve the right to change our rates without notice.
